Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and any protective materials.
Customized items or items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted unless approved by our team under exceptional circumstances.
To start a return, email us at support@styliqu.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll provide you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
Unauthorized returns without an RAN will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their own expense.
Customers are responsible for the safe return of the product. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Return Label Options
If your return is accepted, we will provide one of the following:
Included in the Package: A physical return label that was provided in your shipment (if applicable).
Downloadable PDF: A return label sent to your email for printing and shipping.
Important Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Contact us at support@styliqu.com for any return-related questions. We typically respond within 24–48 hours.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned:
Gift cards or promo vouchers
Customized products or limited-edition items
Items purchased on flash sales or marked as “Final Sale”
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear

Process for Returning Items
Email support@styliqu.com with your order number, reason for return, and attach photos (if needed).
Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the return address.
Include the RAN inside your package to avoid processing delays.
After receiving the item, we’ll inspect it within 3–5 business days.
If the return is approved, you’ll be notified by email, and a refund or exchange will be initiated.
Items that don’t meet return eligibility will not be refunded. We’ll contact you regarding next steps.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@styliqu.com with a description and supporting photos.
In such cases, Styliqu will cover the return shipping cost and either issue a replacement or a refund, as per your preference.
Do not repair or alter the damaged product yourself. This will void the return eligibility.
Please inspect your package upon arrival and report visible damage to the delivery service immediately.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product:
First, return the original item following the standard return process.
Once the return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the desired product.
All exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of reorder.

Non-Refundable Situations
Returned items that fail inspection or do not meet our return criteria will not be refunded.
Products marked as “Final Sale”, customized, or made-to-order are non-refundable.
Orders canceled after shipping are not eligible for full refunds. Only the product cost (excluding shipping) will be refunded.
Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, report the issue within 48 hours of delivery at support@styliqu.com with photos and a description.
Once approved, refunds will include the product cost and original shipping charges.
You may choose between a refund or a replacement for defective items. Refunds are processed once we receive the returned item.
Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear is not eligible for a refund.
